We had a blast at the inflatable games and building sand castles at the castle beach nearby. So much fun!
My children wanted more variety in the activities for kids.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the Ardèche mountains allows for a peaceful and secluded stay, surrounded by nature. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a kitchen with a good shower and duvet, ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice perk.
Improvements could be made to the reception process, as there is often a queue during check-in hours.

the units were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. Even though it was located in the countryside, it was actually quite close to a large town with all the amenities. The outdoor pool was enjoyable, and despite the bad weather, the terrace facilities looked great. Cons: N/A 😊.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this resort. the facilities were amazing, with a heated indoor pool and a beautiful play area for kids. the location, just off the motorway, was so convenient for us - we didn't have to worry about getting lost. the resort had plenty of parking space too, which was a major plus. And the best part? Our cabin was so cozy and had a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel just like home!
. The cabin could have been cleaner and some of the furniture seemed a bit worn out.

Located by a stunning lake in the Ardèche mountains, this hotel offered a tranquil and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, and it was lovely staying down a field, isolated from everything which was perfect for relaxation. Our room had a nice view of the surrounding greenery, and the bathroom was functional and clean. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great features to enjoy, and the air castle was an added bonus for kids.
The staff could have been more welcoming.

We loved the tranquility of the location, nestled among the peaceful Ardèche mountains and surrounded by fields, making it a great retreat away from everything. The facilities were impressive, with an outdoor pool and kids' bouncy castle, as well as an indoor pool, making it a great choice for families. The cleanliness of the studio apartment was fantastic, and the air conditioning was efficient, providing respite from the heat. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike.

The surrounding area was beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains. There were also some quaint shops nearby, perfect for last-minute Christmas shopping. The holiday lights created a magical atmosphere, and we enjoyed taking a stroll in the crisp winter air. the room we stayed in was cozy and spacious, with plenty of room to snuggle up by the fire.
The dining options were severely lacking. The Christmas dinner was mediocre, with unseasoned vegetables and dry turkey.

The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were tastefully furnished, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and enjoy their surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's layout was well thought out, with clear signage and wide corridors, making it easily accessible for seniors.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of organizing activities suitable for senior guests. Having knowledgeable and attentive staff who could recommend local attractions and help arrange transportation would have enhanced the vacation experience for senior travellers like myself.
